Class Live Junior” Participation Agreement

By participating in “Class Live Junior” (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”), you (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant”) agree to the rules and regulations of the administration (G.G. Inc. and IDEA Education), and the following terms and conditions shall apply after the first lesson is confirmed.

1. Basic Items

・The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations (lessons, multinational exchange, 　　　　respect for others). 

・The applicant will attend the classes as scheduled by the administration.

・The program will be conducted using the online tool (ZOOM) only. 

・PC is recommended for participation in the program.

・Due to the nature of this program, we are not responsible for any problems such as poor 　　　　　internet connection or damage.

・The participants will make every effort to use English at all times in each lesson.

・In the event that the Management deems an applicant to be inappropriate to participate in the 　　　Program, the applicant may not be allowed to participate in the Program or any future events or 　　programs organized by the Management.

・The applicant shall submit the prescribed feedback to the Management after the completion of the 　Program.

・The applicant agrees to Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Agreement and participates in the Program.

2. Details

・Applicants are required to attend at least 60% (7 times) of the 12 lessons after participating in the 　program. 

・Non-attendance at lessons due to illness or emergency will be regarded as absences in principle.

・After the completion of the program, the administration will grant 3 one-on-one lesson tickets to the 　applicants who have fulfilled the requirements, based on the regulations of “Classlive”.

・After the completion of the Program, the Applicant agrees to allow the Management to notify the 　　Applicant of any future events and programs via email, SNS, etc.

3. Photos and videos

・The agree that the photos, videos, and stories of the applicants for this program may be posted on 　the website and various social networking sites of the management with due consideration by the 　management.
